This is the application form for Short Courses and students wishing to take a specific T&E Academic Course. If you are applying for a Professional Course (16 weeks and longer) or are planning to obtain a Master Degree from the National Flight Test Institute, please use the Professional Course Student Information Form.
This document is provided for long course students and families who are relocating to the area. The welcome package is intended to answer the most common questions that you may have when you arrive.
